Who I am:
My wife Julie and I have been married 31 years. We have 2 married children who live in Tulsa, Micah and his wife Hannah and Kylie and her husband Wyatt. Our daughter Kenzie is in college at Southern Nazarene. We enjoy spending time with our family and watching Kenzie play volleyball at SNU.
What I do:
I am passionate about discipling younger men and helping people discover and use their gifts for God's glory. I am passionate about the marrying of Word and Spirit and am honored to help shepherd the body here at Bridgeway.
What God did:
I grew up in church hearing about Jesus from a young age. When I was in 5th grade, the youth group (which I was not yet a part of) returned from summer camp and many were giving their testimonies about beginning a relationship with Jesus. It was then that I understood my need for a savior and that I needed to put my faith in Him and not just be a good person. I went home and asked my mom what I needed to do to be saved and she led me through the sinner's prayer. That began a lifelong journey of truly Jesus on the throne of my life.
